What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please note that earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Does the jewelry tarnish or fade?
Our stainless steel base is incredibly resilient. For gold and black finishes, we use a process called Ion Plating, which is one of the most advanced surface finishing processes in the industry, ensuring long-lasting color.
